Compensation:
• Salary – Commensurate with experience
• Commission plan is un-capped and paid on billed revenue

HCM Sales Director –
Company is a growing SaaS provider of human capital management solutions, is seeking an exceptional sales leaders to help grow revenue in our HCM business. This is a HUNTER ROLE, responsible for building new business through the acquisition of new business and revenue in key regions across the nation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with 4-5 years of quota-busting HCM sales experience to join a unique and highly entrepreneurial organization that is quickly becoming a leader in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space. You will work closely with the company’s senior sales leadership team, as you seek to rapidly build a HCM business to complement our award-winning and customer-focused time and labor management solution.

• Generate new revenue and sales of company’s HCM platform through self-generated leads
• Build, manage and maintain a database of enterprise prospects in your territory
• Follow a defined sales process to identify, uncover needs/pains, articulate ROI, and manage client stakeholders throughout the sales process
• Close sales, manage contract negotiations, and drive implementation
• Provide excellent service and demonstrate professionalism and a sense of urgency.
• Must be self-motivated, highly organized, and discipline
• Must be able to deliver on defined Sales Metrics
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of B2B sales experience selling HCM SaaS based solutions.
• Solution sales expertise; develops meaningful relationships with multiple client stakeholders
• Skills in use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Outlook.
• Experience using Salesforce for sales activity tracking, deal flow, and forecasting
• Experience in demonstrating software solutions to clients using webinar tools
• Deadline driven with a sense of urgency
• Flexible, do what it takes to get the job done
• Occasional travel outside the local home based market
• Able to work in a results based, fast-paced environment
• The ability to strategize, be creative, and “think outside of the box"
• Can manage multiple sales opportunities concurrently with pipeline development
• Can take the ball and run with it; requires limited management direction
• Four year college degree required
